Our website is currently only set up to ship within the US however, you may contact us for an international shipping quote.
What are your shipping rates? top
Flat rate shipping for most orders (under 13 oz.) is $4.50. Regular shipped items will be delivered in 3-10 business days depending on your location. If your order is above 1 lb. additional shipping fees will apply. All packages will be sent first class using the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Rush Order Flat Rate Shipping (under 1 lb.) is $5.85 plus a rush order fee of $9.99. Rush Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and delivered in 2-4 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure to purchase insurance at checkout and leave notes at checkout. You will need to email us for insurance. TutuPink Boutique does not offer free shipping on local orders but you may pick it up for free.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days, Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by TutuPink Boutique or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) or Priority Mail if Rush Order arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post approximately 3-10 business days depending on your location. Most orders take approximately 3-5 business days to process and ship. Please note this is processing time only and shipping time will need to be added to this time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, wrongly delivered, or tampered with packages. We will not replace lost, stolen, wrongly delivered, tampered with, or damaged packages. We provide delivery confirmation but do not provide insurance on packages. If you would like insurance on packages, please purchase it at checkout and leave us notes on your order that insurance has been purchased. You will need to email us to purchase insurance. We currently only ship to the US however, you may contact us for an international shipping quote.
How can I rush my order? top
Rush orders take between 2-4 business days for delivery. USPS First Class can take between 3-10 business days for delivery.
YOU MUST EMAIL RIGHT AWAY IF YOU ARE CHOOSING TO RUSH YOUR ORDER. Your email subject line MUST read, “RUSH ORDER.” WE HAVE MANY ORDERS IN OUR PROCESSING LOG AND WITHOUT AN EMAIL FROM YOU WE WILL NOT KNOW TO RUSH YOUR ORDER! If an email is not sent with RUSH ORDER in the subject line, your order will be processed in the order it was received.
If you would like to have your order moved up to the top of TutuPink Boutique’s processing list please purchase Rush Order at check out and follow the above instructions! Please keep in mind that Rush Orders are processed in the order received.
Our standard processing time is currently 3-5 business days. By choosing the RUSH ORDER option this ensures that your order is moved up to the top of the list to be completed and shipped as soon as possible.
Please understand we do NOT offer Rush Order service on Weekends or Holidays. If you select your order to be rushed on a Holiday or Weekend, it will be processed the 1-2 business days after returning from the holiday. Rush orders are processed in the order received. Custom, personalized, or embroidered items are currently taking 7-10 days to process.
All rush orders are shipped Priority Mail through USPS. A rush order is NOT an overnight delivery service.
Do you charge sales tax? top
TutuPink Boutique will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
How can I return something? top
We want you to have a positive shopping experience with TutuPink Boutique. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us to start the return process, obtain a return authorization number (RA), and have a return memo emailed by TutuPink Boutique to include in your return package. NO REFUNDS will be given! All exchanges require an RA number before being returned. You may return your merchandise for a store credit within 3 days of delivery at your shipping expense. Items must not be worn, washed, used or tampered with and must be placed in original packaging with tags still attached. If any item is returned in less than perfect condition, they will be resent to customer at customer’s expense and store credit will be canceled. Holiday and customized or embellished items are NONRETURNABLE, no exceptions will be made! Damaged and or missing items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving goods. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records in case of any discrepancy. There will be no exceptions to our refund and return policy. Clearance items, Specials, Custom items, Sale Items, and Grab Bags are nonreturnable, not exchangeable, and nonrefundable and considered “Final Sales.” We reserve the right to discontinue these items, no exceptions will be made.

Never allow your child to put our products in her or his mouth! Our products contain small parts and could potentially become a dangerous choking hazard. All TutuPink Boutique’s products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order or receiving our products as a gift you agree that TutuPink Boutique accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products. Most of our products need to be hand washed, please follow the care label entirely or you may damage your item. Items damaged by misuse or tags removed, worn, and/or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our return policy.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TutuPink Boutique reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers or a product is out of stock but listed in stock, TutuPink Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or inventory status. TutuPink Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TutuPink Boutique shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If for some reason your order requires additional shipping charges you will be invoiced for the additional cost and will need to make the additional shipping payment in full before we can send your package to you. If the full amount of shipping is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to keep your order until the amount is paid in full, or cancel your order for a full refund.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Yes, please make sure if you order in stock items along with preorder items and you want your in stock items to ship now that you place two orders (one order for in stock items and one order for preorder items). If you place one order for both, your order will not ship until all items are in stock. Shipping times may increase during annual sales events.

Please note, fabric may have a place where ink or fabric is light or inconsistent. All printed material could have a small spot that isn't perfect (such as chevron). This is normal, it is not considered a defect. In most cases, if there is a spot where ink is light or inconsistent, you won't notice and it would be so very small that others won't notice either. We do not consider this a defect and we will not refund for minor differences in print. Keep in mind, we have a very strict Quality Control process and we are super critical during inspections. We would not sell anything less than perfect quality and would not sell anything we would not put on our own children.
